Order Terms

1 Your Orders. Your Order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in Your Order. When You place an Order to purchase a product from us, You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of Your Order and containing the details of Your Order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). 

2 Personal Use. You confirm that the product(s) ordered by You are purchased for Your internal / personal purpose and not for re-sale or business purpose. You authorize us to declare and provide declaration to any governmental authority on Your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by You on the website and for your own consumption.
3 Payments. You undertake to make all payments in a timely manner, including but not limited to all applicable taxes, charges and fees as may be specified. We accept payments through a third-party payment gateway. The modes of payment offered by such third-party payment gateway may include credit card, debit card, net banking, mobile wallets and/or UPI (International Cards are not accepted). The terms and conditions, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, National Payments Corporation of India, and the third-party service providers including but not limited to payment gateway, bank, mobile wallet, shall be applicable to all transactions undertaken by You. You assume sole responsibility for all risks associated with transfer of money or payments to Us, whether or not such transfer or payments are done through the use of a third-party payment gateway. All disputes regarding delayed payments or failed payments must be resolved with Your own financial service provider such as Your bank, and the third-party payment gateway, if any. Homees365.com shall not be responsible for any failed or delayed payments, loss of information, loss of reputation or any other damages or losses faced by You or any third-party due to the use of such third-party payment gateway.
4 Cancellation of Order/s. You can cancel Your Order at any time without any cost before the expiry of 12 (Twelve) hours from the time of placing the order. Partial cancellation is not permitted. Please note that there may be a delay between the product dispatch and the delivery of Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to You. Refunds, if any, shall be processed by Homees365.com in accordance with "Refunds" below.
5 Returns Not Permitted. Once a product has been delivered to the address provided by You, the product cannot be returned for any refund. However, in case the product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the product. We only accept returns if the item delivered to you is defective or damaged. The product should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
In case of wrong product ordering (e.g. 180mm tava instead of 220mm tava), you can place a new order, for a different product but from the same category, of equal or higher selling price. Send back the wrongly ordered product with following remark "Wrong product ordered. New order no - XXX" For refund, send us an email with the full details of both the orders along with your bank account IFSC details for transferring payment. We will initiate online fund transfer for the returned product amount, within 7 working days of receiving the wrong product.
When you return the product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice / delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
Please note that we will provide refund / return facility only for products bought from the Website.
6 Refunds. Refunds if any, shall be made to the same payment method or issuing bank from where the initial payment was received. Homees365.com may, at its sole discretion, refuse to provide refunds to an alternative account. In case of cancellation of an Order by Homees365.com or refusal by Homees365.com to accept an Order under the terms of this Agreement, Homees365.com will refund the full amount paid by the Customer for such Order. In case of cancellation of an Order by Customer under the terms of this Agreement, Homees365.com shall refund only the amount paid by the Customer for the Product, and Customer shall be liable for packaging and delivery costs, return costs, and payment gateway charges, if any.
